Returns Policy

Once your new metal card is engraved and custom designed, the process is irreversible of engraving the design and transferring the chip and magnetic stripe from your old card, all sales are final and no returns or refunds can be accepted.

 


Damages and problems

We check every order carefully and make sure there are no damages or problems. If you still think there is an error in any detail of your order, you can contact us at luxurycardvip@gmail.com. We will try to fix the problem, although if the customizable process has already started or completed, you may be charged if you still want to change the design.

 


Non-returnable items


Certain types of items, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Since this is a customized product and because the   process of burning the design and transferring the chip and magnetic stripe from your old card, all sales are final and refunds or returns cannot be accepted.

    We are the only ones in the world who have developed a method for transferring data without risk
    , from the old card to the new one without copying but transfer only

And in light of this, it is also not possible to physically use the old plastic card
